KENECT NASHVILLE ANNOUNCES RETURN OF POPULAR POOL JAMS SERIES

Multi-faceted community continues to highlight resident artists through curated events

NASHVILLE (March 8, 2024) – Kenect Nashville – the vibrant mixed-use residential and coworking community in the heart of Midtown – has announced the return of their popular Pool Jams series. The 2nd annual concert series will kick off on March 28th, promising unforgettable evenings of music and community this spring and summer. Kenect’s rooftop pool serves as the perfect backdrop for Pool Jams, embodying the spirt of the Kenect experience, where hobbies and passions thrive, and creating a space where individuals can come together to share their talents and forge meaningful connections.

The inspiration behind Pool Jams began as ‘Lobby Jams’, the resident-led music gathering that sparked a revolution in the heart of the KenectOriginating from a simple gesture by Kenect concierge Varag Hakopian, who placed an electric Ibanez guitar in the lobby in 2022, Lobby Jams quickly evolved into a vibrant showcase of talent and creativity. From seasoned artists to aspiring musicians, residents and members found a platform to share their dreams and passions, sparking the genesis of Pool Jams. Brother Joe, one of Kenect's current Live-In Influencer, played a pivotal role in the development of Lobby Jams and kept the tradition alive by bringing Pool Jams to life in the summer of 2023.

Coworking members leaving their workday, or residents coming home from a long day out, have the chance to hear live, raw and unpretentious talent right at their disposal,” said Brother Joe. “This event speaks to why the Kenect brand is truly special, and I am honored to be a part of this community-wide initiative.”

Kenect maintains a strong tie to the roots of Music City through partnering with local entrepreneurs and businesses for curated resident and member events. By incorporating the presence of neighborhood connections and influencers into fitness classes, professional networking opportunities, fun social events, and everything in betweenKenect has grown their events series into a strong collaboration of community engagement, fostering a sense of unity and shared experiences that celebrate the diverse and dynamic spirit of Nashville.

“This is exactly what Kenect is built for,” said Andrew Klahn, Executive Director of Kenect Nashville. “A staple of one of our brand pillars is to intentionally bring people together and create memorable moments with friends and neighbors. It's incredible that this event, originally 100% run by our residents and members, has become part of their own internal culture and now something everyone can enjoy. We are excited to share this with the Nashville community as a whole and continue supporting local artists.”

Pool Jams will return exclusively to Kenect Nashville on Thursday, March 28, 2024. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy live music and discover up-and-coming artists while taking in the views from Kenect’s amenity deckPool Jams is free for Kenect residents and members and $5 for the public.  Tickets can be purchased here.
